Method:
1. Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the filling:
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and chopped parsley (if using). Mix until well combined.
3. Prepare the biscuits:
Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them into individual pieces.
Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers or a rolling pin to form a small disk.
Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit.
4. Form the Cheesebombs:
Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit up and around the cheese mixture, sealing the filling inside. Pinch the edges to seal tightly.
Roll the dough into a ball and place it seam-side down in the prepared baking dish. Repeat this process with the remaining biscuits.
5. Make the garlic butter topping:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dried oregano (if using). Stir well.
6. Coat the Cheesebombs:
Drizzle the garlic butter mixture generously over the top of the biscuit balls. Make sure they are well coated for that flavorful, garlicky finish.
7. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
8. Serve:
Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Serve warm, and enjoy the delicious cheesy, garlicky goodness!
These Garlic Butter Cheesebombs are sure to be a hit! Serve them with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping, and watch them disappear.
